Update on Dromahane Point to Point

The track at Dromahane has been spiked and the committee have also said they will water if necessary.  The had over 2inches of rain yesterday which will leave the track perfect for Sunday.

The committee will also be staging a six furlong pony race.

There will also be a dog show on the day.

There will also be a range of top class food on the day! “Wood Fire Pizzas, O’Cralaoi Craft Butchers will present their renowned homemade burgers and mouthwatering sasuages.  

“Rought Foodie” sandwiches - not to be missed - for all palates. Ingredients sourced from the famous English Market  in Cork. 

There will be an endless supply of home baking and lots and lots of goodies to please all including fresh strawberries and cream from West Cork - followed by “Bean and Gone” coffee and Tea.  

There will be a jazz band entertaining spectators in between races. It's a day not to be missed, there is something to suit all the family.

John 'Shark' Hanlon will also be judging and sponsoring the most appropriately dressed person on the day.

There will also be free pony rides available.
