Ban on schooling after racing lifted

With effect from 14th March, 2019, the Stewards of the I.N.H.S. Committee and Directors of the I.H.R.B. have lifted the restriction on schooling after racing on Point to Point race days.

Handlers with horses wishing to school must produce passports for inspection by the I.H.R.B. Veterinary Officials and vaccinations must be compliant with the current requirements.

The restriction has also been lifted on the staging of members races, charity races, private sweepstakes races or similar races organised by a Hunt / Committee which do not form part of the race programme.

Organisers of these events must ensure that participating horses are vaccinated accordingly.
