Weekend start times move forward due to big entry

Due to the large entry that has been received for each of this Sunday’s point-to-point fixtures, the start time at each venue has been brought forward by one hour.

Each of the three cards will now get underway at 11am.

The Carlow Farmers point-to-point at Borris House attracted an entry of 177 horses, including 24 horses for the weekend’s sole open lightweight.

The Louth Foxhounds point-to-point at Tattersalls Farm, attracted an entry of 171, including 59 for the four-year-old geldings’ maiden, which is the single biggest race of the weekend, whilst the United Clonmult Dungourney fixture at Boulta received 148 entries.

The initial 23 entries for the Tattersalls Cheltenham April Sale on Thursday, 25 April are now available online and include 11-winning and placed four-year-olds.

Latest P2P Fixture Updates

The Ballymacad Hunts fixture will now take place at Tatterslls, there will be a second fixture at Loughanmore in April, whilst Taylorstown has been rescheduled for May 18th.
