Closing date for Listowel Hunters Chase

Entries for the Listowel Races Supporters Club Hunters Chase scheduled for Monday 6th June close on Wednesday 1st June at 12 noon.

Declarations to run must be made by 10am Saturday 4th June.

Winner will receive €6,000 (Penalty Value: €5,900) Second will receive €2,000 Third will receive €1,000 Fourth will receive €500 Fifth will receive €300 Sixth will receive €200

A steeplechase for † Certified Hunters five years old and upwards that have between 6th October, 2018 and 31st May, 2022 been placed either first, second, third or fourth in a Point-to-Point Steeplechase or in a Certified Hunters Steeplechase in Ireland and that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing after 1st March, 2021 other than a Certified Hunters Steeplechase or a Farmers Race.
About 3 miles €80 to enter, €20 extra if declared to run

† A Hunters Certificate valid in accordance with Rule 78 for the 2021/2022 season for each horse engaged must be registered at the Office of the I.N.H.S. Committee, The Curragh, Co. Kildare not later than 31st May, 2022 or the horse will not be qualified to start.
