If more than one horse registers the highest number of wins in a season then the horse with the most second placings will be deemed the winner.
If this does not solve the problem then the thirds will be counted. If this still does not count then the fourths will be counted. If this does not sort a winner then horses with equal wins that are not separable under the above criteria will share the award.
