The Sam Curling-trained PALLASKENRY would appear to be the clear form choice for this race following a very promising debut which saw him chase home the previously placed Indian Hercules on his debut at Aghabullogue. Having only gone down by half-a-length on that occasion, compensation could well await here. Of those who have run to date, Oscar Nomination posted a career best at Borris House in December when finishing best of the rest behind the runaway leader Fabulous Saga, whilst Mickey Shea finished placed for the second time in his career when third at Tallow behind the dead-heating pair of Coole Hall and Robin The Hare.
