MT LEINSTER GOLD justified favourtism when easily winning her maiden by eight lengths at Dawstown in a run that signaled her out as an above average maiden winner. That would leave her as the one to beat in this. Doyen Queen has not been seen since narrowly winning at The Pigeons, and as a four-year-old winner would have to be respected, alongside last weekends wide margin Lisronagh winner Shallow Run, and Chenery, who was only narrowly defeated on her return to action at Knockinroe.
