Maiden Race For 5-Y-O & Upwards Confined

For Certified Hunters aged 5 years old and upwards only, maidens at starting, the property of subscribers holding a valid Hunter Certificate to the following Hunts: Co. Roscommon, East Galway, Co. Galway (Blazers), North Galway, Co. Sligo, Co. Longford, Westmeath Foxhounds, Westmeath Harriers and South Westmeath.

For Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland, which have not won a race under the Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing in any Country and not more than two Point to Point Steeplechases of any description. Maidens excluded. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs, where weights permit.

Winners Of Two

For Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland. Maidens excluded. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs, where weights permit.

Open Lightweight Race

For Certified Hunters aged 6 years old and upwards, Geldings only, maidens at starting, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland.

Maiden Race For 6-Y-O & Upwards Geldings

For Certified Hunters aged 6 years old and upwards, Mares only, maidens at starting, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland. For Novice Riders who, at the start of the day, have not ridden more than five winners under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to Point Steeplechases.
