Confined to Point to Point Handlers who held a Handlers Permit during the 2020/21 season and who since 1/1/1998 have not trained more than 10 winners as a Point to Point Handler or under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing at time of entry. Mares allowed 5lbs. The INHS Committee are generously sponsoring this race with a BONUS to the winning owner of €3,000. If it is necessary to run more than one division of this race the INHSC BONUS of €3000 will be divided accordingly.
