(i) The number of declared runners shall be reduced by first balloting those horses that have not won a Point-To-Point steeplechase since 1st October, 2022. (ii) The number of horses declared will be then reduced by balloting those horses that have not won more than one Point-To-Point steeplechase since 1st October, 2022. (iii) In the event of Paragraphs (i) and (ii) not achieving the recommended limit a random ballot will then be applied to the remaining horses.
