Welsh organisers offer open invitation to their international fixture

The Pembrokeshire hunt have issued an open invitation to Irish owners and handlers to run horses at their 2024 fixture at Trecoed Farm in Wales.
 
Taking place on May 18th 2024, the Saturday prior to the Goffs UK May Sale in Doncaster, the course at Trecoed Farm Sleddau Fishguard is conveniently located just five minutes from the Stena Line ferry port in Fishguard which offers direct daily sailings from Rosslare.
 
The hunt are in talks with Stena Line Europe for travel incentives for shipping horses over to Wales and also have stabling available for the whole weekend, with Welsh trainer Rebecca Curtis, which is 15 minutes from the ferry.
 
Fishguard town offers plenty of accomodation and anyone that would like to come over as a foot passenger on the ferrym there will be a bus from the port to the racecourse, whilst campervans and tents are welcome.

There is water available for the ground, and the hunt have stated that every effort will be made to ensure there is safe ground.
