Latest P2P Fixture Updates

The IHRB have announced a number of additional fixtures for the northern region following on from the cancellations that have hit the fixture list in recent weeks.
 
There will be a new fixture at Loughanmore on Saturday, April 27th, this is in addition to the fixture that has been announced for the Antrim venue on Saturday, April 20th.
 
This card will consist of two four-year-old maiden races – one each for mares and geldings, a five-year-old geldings’ maiden, a five-year-old and upwards mares’ maiden, a winner-of-one and a six-year-old and upwards geldings’ maiden for novice riders.
 
Entries for this fixture close on Tuesday, April 23rd.
 
Following the cancellation of the Newry fixture at Taylorstown, that fixture has now been rescheduled for Saturday, May 18th, and is now set to be the final fixture in the region.
 
This card will also start at 2pm, and it opens with a four-year-old mares’ maiden, followed by a four-year-old geldings’ maiden, a five-year-old and upwards mares’ maiden, a five-year-old and upwards geldings’ maiden, an open and a winners-of-three contest.
 
Latest P2P Update
 
Following a track inspection this morning, the track at Ballymacad (F) Oldcastle was found to be unfit for racing and has now been transferred to Tattersalls, Co. Meath and remains scheduled for Sunday, 21st April.
 
Entries for Tattersalls close on Tuesday 16th April at 12 noon.
