The Tattersalls Cheltenham April Sale will take place at Park Paddocks, Newmarket on Friday 23rd April.
Following on from a very successful Cheltenham March Sale at Park Paddocks which saw a clearance rate of 93%, Tattersalls look forward to hosting the Cheltehham April Sale at a proven venue with vendors and purchasers in attendance.
Tattersalls Cheltenham graduates continue to excel at the highest level, Grade 1 winners this season include ENVOI ALLEN, MONKFISH, SHISHKIN, SIR GERHARD, CHANTRY HOUSE the dual Grade 1 winner at Cheltenham and Aintree as well as today's Novice Hurdle winner BELFAST BANTER.
Eleven initial entries comprise of;
5 winning & placed four-year-olds
6 winning & placed five-year-olds
With the resumption of point to pointing in the UK and Ireland, further entries will be added to the sale as they are accepted. The main catalogue will go to print on Monday 19th April and hard copies will be available at Park Paddocks from Wednesday 21st April.
Sales horses will be available to view at Park Paddocks from 1.00pm on Thursday 22nd April and from 8.00am on Friday 23rd April.
Pre-sale veterinary certificates and race replays will be available to view on the Tattersalls Cheltenham website.
