Full field declared for Tramore Hunters Chase

There is a full field of 12 declared for the Waterford Hunt Hunters Chase at Tramore on Monday which includes three reserves.

Recent winners among the field includes the Seamus Spillane trained Wrong Direction, the 11-year-old son of Well Chosen was last seen when running out a four-length victory at Cork on Easter Monday. 

Peter Flood’s mare, Save Us Avis is another recent winner among the field, she claimed the mares’ maiden hunter chase at Cork. 

The ultra-consistent Winged Leader is among the declarations, he has finished runner-up on his latest two starts for David Christie and will be partnered by the reigning champion point-to-point rider Barry O’Neill. 

Sean Doyle is represented by Texas Gold and The Forge Hill who were both placed on their last outings.
