The champion lady riders' next two winners came in quick succession when winning aboard Marinero in the Ladies Open at Necarne, the pair combined again the following week when winning the Ladies Open at Ballingarry.

Maxine O’Sullivan won two of these opens with Rachel Kelly winning the Mainstown Open Lightweight aboard the Barry Connell trained Dom Dolo.
