New point-to-point book launching this October

A brand new book around point-to-point racing here will be hitting book shelves all around the country this year.

Hot on the heels of Thrills and Spills and Flat Out, photographer Pat Healy and writer Richard Pugh introduce the riders, handlers, venues and famous horses that give Irish point-to-pointing such a unique spirit.

The true grassroots of Irish horse racing, point-to-point tracks are transformed from farmland by dedicated volunteers into temporary racetracks and this book tells the story of how the sport has developed through to today.

The book will be available in bookshops all around Ireland from Monday October 3, however it can be pre-ordered from Dubray by clicking here.
