Important notice for handlers ahead of new season

Ahead of the 2022/23 point-to-point season commencing on Saturday October 1st at Toomebridge, the IHRB are keen to remind all handlers of an important regulation when making entries for their horses throughout the season ahead.

Regulation 24 (ii) (a) (iii) now states:

"A declaration shall not be accepted for a horse unless a Vaccination Certificate against Equine Influenza in accordance with the provisions of Rule 91 has been approved by the IHRB at the time specified for closing of entries."
