CAFRE horse racing simulator training

CAFRE Enniskillen are running Horse Racing Simulator Training for Jockeys and work riders on Monday 30th June.

A great opportunity to enhance your riding skills with advanced simulation technology and benefit from coaching with expert jockey and coach Paddy Flood.

Course date: 30th June 2025
Time: 13:30 – 17:30
Age Requirement: For over 16 years of age
Maximum Participants: 10 people

Horse Racing Simulator Session
-    Key features and real-time race scenarios.
-    Benefits of simulators in jockey training.
-    Control of horse speed and direction.
-    Exercises to improve muscle memory, balance, and racing techniques.

Starting Technique and Race craft
-    Proper posture and race-start techniques.
-    Timing your start and reaction training.
-    Navigating corners while maintaining speed and balance.
-    Race strategy: positioning, pacing, and overtaking.

Why Attend?
-    Hands-on simulator training.
-    Personalised coaching.
-    Master key jockey skills and race strategies.
