Saturday’s point-to-point at Kirkistown has been cancelled due to a waterlogged track.

The going was Yielding to Soft, Soft in places at the 48-hour inspection on Thursday afternoon; however, with rainfall amounts overnight into Friday surpassing what had been forecasted, the track was found to be unraceable by Friday afternoon.

There are two fixtures scheduled for Sunday. The Golden Vale meeting at Turtulla and the Wicklow Foxhounds fixture at Tinahely. The 48-hour inspection at Tinahely has been delayed until Saturday afternoon due to the orange weather warning.
