Sunday's point-to-point at Tattersalls has been abandoned after the track was found to be unfit for racing on Sunday morning.

The IHRB reported that heavy overnight rain had resulted in the fixture being cancelled.

It is the second consecutive week that this fixture has been cancelled after the original fixture on December 7th was cancelled owing to a lack of ambulance cover.

It has now been confirmed that the fixture is abandoned and entries are being refunded.
