Taylorstown abandoned due to ground conditions

This Saturday’s point-to-point at Taylorstown will not go ahead after the fixture was abandoned due to ground conditions.

The Newry Harriers fixture had received a total of 99 entries for the six races, but the fixture will now not go ahead, and entries will be refunded.

That leaves a total of three point-to-point fixtures this weekend, which all take place on Sunday. Action at Dromahane, Rathcannon and Tattersalls will get underway at 2pm.
