Turtulla postponed due to snow covered track

The IHRB has announced that the fixture scheduled to take place at Turtulla on Sunday has been cancelled after the course failed the 48-hour course inspection on Friday afternoon due to a significant covering of snow on the track.

Tipperary has been one of the counties worst hit by the current cold snap, with snow falling last week remaining on the course leaving it unfit for racing.

The fixture will now take place next Saturday, January 18th with original entries standing. Three fixtures remain on this weekend's programme.

Ballindenisk and Tinahely are both scheduled to race on Saturday, but both courses must pass 8.30am inspections on the morning of racing, whilst Aghabullogue is the sole remaining fixture on Sunday where no issues are expected.
