Conor Orr made a big impact at an early age, as he rode over 150-winners in the pony racing sphere where he was a former northern region champion before becoming a Qualified Rider. In three and-a-half years with Evan Williams, Orr, a brother of flat jockey Oisin, rode 18 winners, including seven on the track. In just his first season pointing in Ireland, the Donegal native guided Red As Rust to victory at Ballingarry for Nigel Slevin in June 2018 before turning professional later that summer.
