A native of Co. Clare, Diarmuid Moloney made his point-to-point debut at Lisronagh in November 2018, riding Spivey Cove for handler Cormac Flannery. Success soon followed for the graduate of the Teagasc Kildalton Agricultural College, as he was in the winner's enclosure on his fourth ride following the victory of Rockin Roxtown for Niall Kelleher at Loughrea in May 2019.
