Sarah Verling

Sarah Verling is the daughter of former Galway Hurdle-winning trainer/jockey Pat, and having graduated from the RACE academy, she started her racing career on the flat, with her first winner in that sphere coming in the inaugural edition of the Student Derby at the Curragh in October 2021. A Business Student at Munster Technological University in Cork at the time, she has since taken out a jumps licence, with his initial mount between the flags coming at Grennan in May 2023.
