Emily Cody made her debut appearance in point-to-points at Mainstown in December 2020 aboard Killultagh Vic trained by her mother Debbie. It was her mother's Exit Eleven that provided her with her opening victory when the pair landed a winner-of-one contest at Boulta in November 2021. She also enjoyed success in open company aboard the aforementioned Grade 1 winner Killultagh Vic at both Comea and Quakerstown. Emily and her family were contestants on the 2021 series of the RTE TV programme Ireland's Fittest Family.
